Halloween Pancakes
These Halloween pancakes are “pan”-tastic!
Ingredients:
*2 cups bisquick
*2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
*2 teaspoons cinnamon
*1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
*2 tablespoons vegetable oil
*2 eggs
*1 teaspoon vanilla
*3 drops orange food coloring
Directions
Combine the bisquick, sugar and cinnamon in large mixing bowl and stir. Add the evaporated milk, brown sugar, oil, eggs, food coloring and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a lightly greased pre-heated griddle. Cook until the top is bubbly and the edges are dry. Turn the pancakes over and cook until golden. Place triangular pieces of butter in the shape of a pumpkin face. Serve with syrup or honey.
